I servizi che non sono alla portata di tutti.
Non sempre è possibile fare il webmaster come lo si vorrebbe, le limitazioni sono spesso soltanto imposte dagli spazi web offerti gratuitamente.
Questo per ovvie ragioni di sicurezza, a nessuno infatti piacerebbe far girare sul proprio server script eseguibili; diventa troppo pericoloso.
Uno script apparentemente innocuo potrebbe infatti diventare una vera e propria minaccia se sapientemente modificato; per questo motivo che certi servizi non vengono concessi.
